VIP Card Terms & Conditions
The JK Kids VIP card offers an exciting range of benefits that include reward points, invitations to preview sale days, special offers and marketing communications.
All your purchases, both online or at any of our New Zealand stores are recorded on your VIP card. For every $150 you spend, whether in one or several transactions, you will receive a $15 cash credit on your VIP card which is redeemable in-store.
JK customers are invited to join either in store or by our customer service team for online customers. Once you receive the JK Kids VIP card it is yours to use at any JK Kids store throughout New Zealand in accordance with JK Kids terms and conditions.
In order for you to receive the JK Kids VIP membership card JK Kids will require personal information from you. Such information includes your full name, address, home and mobile telephone numbers and email address. Any information collected will be safely stored and managed by JK Kids in accordance with the law. Such personal information is required so that JK Kids can provide you with the JK Kids VIP card, as well as use it to inform you of earned reward points, special sales and new product launches. The JK Kids VIP card is not transferable and you agree to be the sole user of the JK Kids VIP card. It is term of membership that if at any time the VIP JK Kids card is found to be used by any other person not being the JK Kids VIP member of the card then JK Kids will cancel the JK Kids VIP card provided to you and you will not be eligible to receive the JK Kids VIP card again. If you lose the JK Kids VIP card you must report the loss to a JK Kids store who will cancel the lost card and reissue you with a new card. JK Kids values its JK Kids VIP card members and looks forward to your continuing support as a VIP customer.
Please ensure that your JK Kids VIP card details are accurate, complete and up to date. If your details change or require amendment please ensure you advise a staff person in a JK Kids store or contact customer services, who will be happy to update your details.

The JK Kids VIP card does not create any contract between you and JK Kids and does not confer any obligations upon JK Kids and entitlements to you other than operating at JK Kids discretion as a discount and other benefits offer to eligible customers. JK Kids reserves the right to cease the operation of the JK Kids VIP card at any time upon placement of a notice in JK Kids stores and/or by notice on JK Kids website at www.jk.co.nz
A cash credit on your VIP card can only be used once and you must present the VIP card at the time of use to be eligible for the discount.
You must redeem your cash credit within 12 months of receiving it or it will expire.
We do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen VIP cards or to honour cash credits after the validity or expiry date.
